Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yields: 1 quart
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Maytag® blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons cracked white pepper
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Make sure to strain the lemons.
Note: Try this with crudités platters or the Buffalo hot wings. Add 1
tablespoon of buttermilk to give it a little more tang.
